Small and Close Learning Community at The Hill School Fosters Meaningful Relationships Between Students and Faculty

At The Hill School, our faculty support students in the classroom, on the playing fields, in the dorms, on the stage, and in the community. We created a series of videos that profile our dedicated faculty members who embrace what it means to live and learn at The Family Boarding School.

In this video, Mr. William Yinger, Hill Class of ’95, talks about his role as an instructor of science and track coach at The Hill School. A dorm parent since he arrived at Hill in 2001, Mr. Yinger notes that it is the meaningful relationships developed between students and faculty that makes The Hill special.

The students profiled in this video describe Mr. Yinger as a passionate teacher who is “outgoing, personable, engaging, and interested in his students.”
